I’m at my best when I’m building something new —

— whether that’s creating from scratch, or working with the fabric of something that’s deteriorated over time.

I comprehend real estate professionals and their business in a way career marketing experts do not.

And I’m able to manage marketing + creative resources in a way that purely real estate professionals cannot.

Things often said by people who’ve worked with me:

(and the method to the madness)

“Honestly, pretty intense about setting objectives”

I always begin with objectives. Expect to talk through exactly what qualifies as an objective, and get aligned from the jump. We should be crystal clear about where we’re trying to go if we hope to build an efficient strategy with measurable results.

“Only has one operating mode”

My strategic thinking is innate — it’s just my factory setting. Fortunately, each project I’ve tackled over my career was an opportunity to practice the less-instinctive task of harnessing those strategic thoughts and conveying them to colleagues and clients.

“Asks too many questions…”

Brand management strategies go from good to great when we innovate, but innovation without context can do more harm than good. I ask a ton of questions because we can only create something new with understanding of the current state, causes, effects, and opportunities for incremental improvement.

“What if you could find someone who combines real estate business acumen, wisdom about places (and a sense of place), political awareness, marketing creativity, and a willingness to offer candid counsel? Well, that couldn't possibly exist in one person. Except that it does. Amy Stinson is the trusted advisor you'd be lucky to have on your team. All of these aspects of Amy are valuable individually. But she personifies the sum being greater than the parts. And the magic is in the creativity.”
